My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, easy on-and-off the 99, and just 15 minutes from the event I was attending. The room lacked some essential amenities like a microwave, despite it being advertised, causing inconvenience. The service was friendly but had some lapses in providing essential items promptly.

The room at 11:30 pm was available for a second night. It had a bed, a TV, and a couple of nightstands, but lacked a desk, mini-fridge, microwave, or a place to hang clothes, which was disappointing. The missing microwave, which was expected per our booking, was a letdown as we had brought food to heat.
